Can you trust the Bible? - Geography & Archaeology
Since the Bible is 100% truthful, then its historical information about people, places, practices & events must be true. And if that’s the case, then we should expect to see archaeological discoveries that are consistent with the Bible. And that's exactly what we find.
The Bible talks about real countries like Israel, Egypt & Syria; it speaks of real cities like Jerusalem, Ammon, Thessalonica & Rome – all of which don’t require any digging to find because they still exist. And, of course, many others have also been long since destroyed or renamed, though even some of those have been rediscovered.
And real people like Jewish King Solomon, Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar, King Cyrus of the Medes & Persians and Samarian Governor Sanbalat, among others, have been referenced in authenticated archaeological finds within their respective biblical locations.

The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. - Acts 17.24-27
Here is a trailer to the movie "Patterns of Evidence" about evidence of the Israelite's exodus from Egypt chronicled in the Bible book of Exodus.
